Data stored on your device: The app stores preferences (e.g., session settings, volume levels) and purchase unlock status locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data is not sent to our servers.
We do not collect your name, email, or other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us (e.g., via a support link).
How We Use Information
Purchase status is used only to enable or restrict features within the app on your device. Locally stored preferences are used only to provide the app experience you expect.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored on your device remains until you delete the app or clear app data. If you contact us for support, we may retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request.
Children's Privacy
NeuroSync is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
